This Privacy Policy describes how Lyfy Pty Ltd (ACN 669 501 928) (Lyfy, we, our, us), collects, uses, and discloses certain Personal Information obtained through our mobile application (Lyfy App) (which, collectively with any other features or functionalities provided by Lyfy, constitutes the Services).
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Personal Information means information about you that reasonably can be linked to you, such as your name, health information, demographic information, and/or other identifiers as may be defined under state and federal law.

1.1. Account Information
If you make an account in relation to your use of our Services (and are a Registered User), we may collect information related to the creation and maintenance of your account.

- (b) To manage your registration as a Registered User of the Services. The Personal Information you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Services that are available to you as a Registered User.
- (c) For the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the Services.
- (d) To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- (e) To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.
- (f) To manage any of your requests to us.
- (g) To develop health - related products and improvement activities.

Lyfy may share your Personal Information with other parties in the following situations:
- (a) Your instructions: Lyfy will solely share and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with your instructions, including any applicable terms in the Terms of Use your use of Services, and in compliance with applicable law and legal process;
- (b) Third Party Service Providers: We may engage third parties as service providers or business partners to process other information and support our business. These third parties may, for example, provide virtual computing and storage services.
- (c) Third Party Services: You may elect to share your data with Third Party Services. When enabled, Lyfy may share other information with Third Party Services. Third Party Services are not owned or controlled by Lyfy and third parties that have been granted access to other information may have their own policies and practices for its collection and use. Please check the privacy settings and notices in these Third Party Services or contact the provider for any questions.
- (d) Corporate Affiliates: Lyfy may share your Personal Information with its corporate affiliates, parents and/or subsidiaries. Affiliates include any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
- (e) Aggregated or De - identified Data: We may disclose or use aggregated or de - identified information for any purpose. For example, we may share aggregated or de - identified other information with prospects or partners for business or research purposes.

- (g) To enforce our rights, prevent fraud, and for safety. To protect and defend the rights, property or safety of Lyfy or third parties, including enforcing contracts or policies, or in connection with investigating and preventing fraud or security issues.
- (h) With Consent: Lyfy may share other information with third parties, when we have consent to do so.
4. Data Retention
4.1. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and during the period required or permitted by law.
4.2. The retention period will primarily be determined by relevant legal and regulatory obligations and/or duration of our business relationship with you. We will securely delete or erase your Personal Information if there is no valid business reason for retaining your data.
